Typically our teams in Portugal work from home full-time and have a monthly meet up in either Lisbon or Porto in work in a shared workspace. This is so our teams can connect professionally and socially.

As a Salesforce Consultant in our Delivery team, you will work as part of our delivery team to deliver Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead consulting multiple engagements and projects with regards to Salesforce and related products.
- Conduct research and analysis, provide best practice, and create world leading solutions for the customers of Comnexa.
- Act as the relationship point and trusted advisor between the customer and Comnexa.
- Act as a point of expertise within the Salesforce universe both internally within Comnexa and externally to customers, partners, and Salesforce
- Distribute tasks and objectives to the project team on projects where they are assigned as lead consultant.
- Act as an escalation point or expert, coach and develop and overall be a mentor for junior team members.
- Ability to demonstrate thought leadership within projects and internally / externally outside projects to show Comnexa as a world class consultant partner.
- Participate in RFP’s, sales demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Support leadership team in business development opportunities and product enhancements.
Minimum experience and skills:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Certification, CPQ / Experience cloud / Service cloud certification
- Financial Services Cloud accreditations
- Detailed understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Experience of delivering Salesforce configuration including: Flows and Automation, Permissions and Access, Validation Rules, App integrations
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
Advantageous experience and skills:
- Other Salesforce certifications
- Experience delivering Sales Cloud & Service Cloud projects
- Financial services experience
- Completion of Trailhead badges and trails
