We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and collaborating closely with our sales team to expand our footprint in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a knack for identifying business needs that can be addressed through our Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, building a strong business pipeline within Salesforce's customer base through targeted outbound efforts.
  • Drive revenue growth by initiating new business opportunities and expanding Comnexa’s reach, playing a crucial role in our success.
  • Generate interest and excitement through cold calling and personalised outreach, breaking into new accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales journey and demonstrating the value of Comnexa’s Salesforce solutions.
  • Maximise inbound leads generated by outbound efforts, ensuring every opportunity is nurtured and developed effectively.
  • Leverage creativity and curiosity to collaborate with partners such as Salesforce, tailoring solutions to meet customers' unique and evolving needs.
  • Support the sales team by researching lines of business, identifying key decision-makers, and developing a bespoke approach to each opportunity.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to identify and source new opportunities, contributing to overall account strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, Salesforce partners, and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and clear communication.
  • Help develop and strengthen partnerships with Salesforce and other key players, working towards mutual success and long-term collaboration.
  • Establish rapport with key stakeholders at new accounts, laying the foundation for long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Assist in creating and managing proposals, ensuring accurate data is captured and maintained in Salesforce.
  • Participate in client-facing and Salesforce events, deepening relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Be a brand ambassador for Comnexa, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm across all platforms.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (experience as a Salesforce BDR would be advantageous).  
  • Financial services industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • +2 years within business development. 
  • Understanding of the consulting world.
  • Relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships.
  • Proactive mindset to drive growth. 
  • Consulting experience is advantageous.
