You are an accomplished Salesforce Programme Director with a passion for leading large-scale Salesforce implementations from strategy to execution. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, where your technical expertise and strategic vision drive programme success. With a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, you excel at transforming complex business requirements into structured, scalable Salesforce solutions while optimising processes for efficiency.
Your exceptional stakeholder management skills enable you to facilitate seamless collaboration between clients, Salesforce delivery teams, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a proactive approach to evolving needs. You are adept at providing strategic insights, risk assessments, and comprehensive reports to senior leadership, influencing key decision-making at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities
- Define & execute a cutting-edge Salesforce strategy that supports business growth and operational excellence.
- Oversee the implementation of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead & mentor a global team of Salesforce project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure full integration between Salesforce and enterprise-wide systems, including ERP, AI-driven analytics, and third-party SaaS platforms.
- Manage big enterprise-level budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering best-in-class technology solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives & global stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Drive innovation through AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to optimise customer and employee experiences.
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives and regulators, especially in Jersey businesses.
- Strong programme management implementations and digital transformations experience for highly regulated industries.
- Client-Focused mindset, ensuring exceptional customer experience and business transformation.

Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience as a Programme Director role within Salesforce Consultancy.
- At least +15 years within a leadership role/Director role.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Financial Services Cloud, and Einstein AI, backed up with at least 3 certifications.
- PMP and/or Prince2 certification
- Proven success in delivering Salesforce programmes for organisations with 10,000+ users across multiple geographies.
- Expertise in AI-driven CRM strategies and data analytics, driving intelligent automation and predictive insights.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Harvest for project management and resource tracking.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare) with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to set, track, and achieve milestones while managing project risks and dependencies.
