As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer in our Delivery team team, you'll join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce solutions. Working closely with consultants, developers, and clients, you will define and execute test strategies that support successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Salesforce projects
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
- Validate data integrations and ensure platform stability during releases
- Identify, document, and track bugs and improvements using project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Collaborate with consultants and developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling
- Support UAT processes with internal and client teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in a Salesforce/CRM environment
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong experience with testing automation tooling (Tosca and/or copado)
- Proven experience executing Smoke, Regression, System Integration, Functional, and Non-functional testing
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time tracking skills.
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Nice to have:
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience in testing financial or professional services implementations
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, or test automation frameworks
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
- Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Postman)
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team
- Thrives working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
