We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to support and coordinate our Salesforce consultancy projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced project leaders, gaining hands-on experience managing Salesforce initiatives and helping clients get the most out of their Salesforce investment. Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and applicable third parties for projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scope and key objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and reporting
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan with appropriate milestones and stage gates where appropriate
- Utilise best practice to manage changes in project scope, timeline and costs and comfortable to invoke change control when required
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to Chief of Staff or appropriate management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders when it comes to project governance
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks and maintain appropriate risk register / mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years project management experience
- Some experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects
- Prince 2, PMP or other project management certification
- A plus if experience with one or more of the following: Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Lean / 6 Sigma, SDLC
- Experience with Agile / Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal skills including presenting
- Strong attention to deadlines and budget needs
- Excellent client facing skills
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Able to prioritise effectively, multi task and escalate when appropriate
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
