We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and drive the success of our consultancy projects. In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce initiatives from planning through delivery, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear direction, and help clients maximise the value of their Salesforce investment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and relevant third parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and drive commercial value throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure effective financial management of projects, including budget forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis. Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
  • Develop project scope and key objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and commercial objectives.
  • Track project progress, ensuring accurate reporting to senior management. Provide regular updates on key project performance metrics, including financial performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan with clear milestones, stage gates, and commercial checkpoints to ensure projects align with revenue and margin targets.
  • Perform thorough risk management and maintain appropriate mitigation strategies. Invoke change control processes when project scope, timeline, or costs change, with a clear understanding of commercial impacts.
  • Measure project success using Comnexa approved tools and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in both project delivery and financial outcomes.
  • Report and escalate to the Chief of Staff or relevant management as needed, especially when there are significant project or commercial risks.
  • Lead governance meetings, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication regarding both project progress and commercial opportunities or concerns.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all relevant commercial and contractual details are captured.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers and other team members, helping them develop project management skills, overcome challenges, and grow professionally.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record in managing complex, high-value projects.
  • Prince 2, PMP, or other project management certification is desirable.
  • Experience with Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Lean/6 Sigma, and SDLC.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present project progress and commercial impacts to senior stakeholders.
