As a Salesforce Technical Architect in our Delivery Team, you will take a leadership role in designing and guiding the delivery of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities
The role and responsibilities of the Salesforce Technical Architect include, but are not limited to:
- Design and lead high-level architecture for sophisticated Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
- Create detailed technical designs, data models, and integration patterns tailored to customer requirements.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment and support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring architectural integrity and providing strategic guidance.
- Promote Salesforce best practices across projects and act as a thought leader within and outside Comnexa.
- Lead technical issue management and drive performance optimization strategies.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and proposal development with the leadership team.
- Coach, mentor, and provide expertise to development teams and junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, including solution design, development, and deployment.
- At least 3 years in a Salesforce architecture role, with a track record of delivering scalable and secure technical architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, data architecture, and integration methods (APIs, middleware, external systems).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; advanced certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly advantageous.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Management Consulting, SaaS, or Project Delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
